My Current Stats:

I am doing the Flat Belly Diet which is four 400 calorie meals per day.

I started on 1/27/11
As of today I have lost: 16.4 lbs.
I am down: 3 1/2 inches overall on my body.

I don't have a lot of time for cooking, but when I do I like to get creative. Here you can find a lot of silliness in the kitchen as well as something good to eat!
